Supplier Development Services

- Monitoring Supplier APQP milestone & approvals as per customer quality manual
- Training on quality tools such as; SPC, 8D’s, Failure Mode, and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Error and Mistake Proofing , Root cause analysis, DOE, Taguchi methods, etc.

Audits
AAVIS partners with its clients across the globe in providing Audit services. Our team of certified Auditors with expertise in various commodities travel around the world on short notice to conduct audits as per our client requirements. Audits are done on-site, off-site and even online via video calling in situations where travel restrictions are in place.
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Services
AAVIS nondestructive testing group performs a variety of NDT services to detect flaws in components. Whether they need failure analysis, product verification or condition assessment, clients request our services because we return accurate results quickly. The methods we use to test parts include; Radiography, Eddy Current, Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle etc.
